This role is critical in maintaining product quality and ensuring on-time, damage-free delivery to customers. Key Responsibilities Package and box finished assembled cabinets according to company standards Inspect products prior to packaging to ensure quality and completeness Safely and securely palletize boxed cabinets for shipment Apply correct labels, shipping marks, and documentation to all pallets Use protective materials (foam, wrap, corner guards, etc.) to prevent damage during transit Verify order accuracy against pick lists or work orders Maintain organized and efficient staging and packing areas Assist with loading trucks as needed Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Communicate any product defects, shortages, or quality issues to supervisors Qualifications Previous warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy or bulky items safely (up to company limits) Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic ability to read work orders, labels, and packing instructions Forklift experience or certification a plus (not always required) Core Competencies Attention to detail and quality control Dependability and consistency Teamwork and communication Efficiency under production deadlines Safety awareness and compliance 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
