This role combines warehouse operations, customer service, inventory management, and basic administrative/computer work. We are looking for someone who is organized, hardworking, comfortable using computers, and able to assist both in the warehouse and with customers in-store.

Thursday:

9:30 AM•5:00

PM Friday:

9:30 AM•1:00

PM Responsibilities:

Prepare and complete orders for shipment or customer pickup Pick, pack, label, and scan outgoing orders accurately Receive, unload, organize, and stock incoming inventory Maintain accurate inventory records and create/update spreadsheets Perform basic computer and administrative tasks Assist customers in-store and answer general questions Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/store environment Report inventory discrepancies or damaged products Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers Follow company procedures and warehouse safety standards Assist with additional operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience preferred Basic computer skills required Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and move heavy packages Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred
