Overview Join our growing team as a Warehouse Laborer / Driver Assistant / Painter and play an important role in supporting our warehouse and field operations. This is a hands-on position that includes warehouse organization, loading and unloading materials, jobsite pickups and deliveries, equipment preparation, painting, and assisting our truck driver with daily tasks. We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and responsible individual who enjoys physical work, works well as part of a team, and is willing to learn. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license and should be comfortable driving a 20' flatbed truck when needed. This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday . Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment Support pickups and deliveries from construction jobsites Work closely with the truck driver and warehouse supervisor on daily tasks Perform painting and touch-up painting of materials, equipment, and other items as needed Clean and prepare brackets using electric and hand tools Assist with netting and cable preparation Organize materials, tools, and equipment in the warehouse Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Help ensure materials and equipment are prepared for upcoming projects Operate a 20' flatbed truck when required (approximately twice per month) Assist with general warehouse and labor duties as assigned Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols Qualifications Previous warehouse, construction labor, painting, or similar experience is preferred but not required Valid driver's license required Ability to safely use electric and hand tools Comfortable performing physical labor, including lifting and moving materials Willing and able to perform painting duties as needed Experience driving a flatbed truck is a plus Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently Team-oriented and willing to assist with different tasks as needed Ability to work the required schedule of 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday What We Offer Competitive pay Stable, full-time employment Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity to learn new skills Opportunity for growth within the company If you are reliable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a hands-on team , we encourage you to apply.
