In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and comfortable working with warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment. This position offers consistent weekday hours of approximately 25-30 per week, with shifts typically starting between 9:00-10:00 a.m. and ending around 2:00-3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Starting pay is $15 per hour. No benefits are offered for this part-time role. Responsibilities Operate order pickers and pallet jacks to efficiently retrieve and transport products within the warehouse. Assist in the order fulfillment process by accurately picking and packing items according to customer specifications. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management to ensure optimal product availability. Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory movements and ensuring accuracy in order processing. Perform regular checks on equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality and safety standards are met. Engage in heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are followed to maintain safety. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist with the fabrication of products as needed. Experience & Requirements Minimum age: 18 years. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and order fulfillment processes is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly regarding the operation of warehouse equipment. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 75 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Experience using RF scanners for inventory management is beneficial.
