Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer/Assistant to join our growing team at our small business in East Delray Beach. Responsibilities will include supporting the team in various tasks to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
Transport materials within the warehouse Assist in manufacturing process Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse setting Fast learner Attention to detail Reliable with good work ethic Physical stamina & strength ( must be able to lift 50+ lbs easily ) Able to make and adhere to schedules Analytical skills Teamwork & excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Have Skills (but not a deal-breaker): Bilingual Spanish/English (Portuguese/English is also good) Experience in machine operation Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machinery Knowledge of quality control processes If you are a fast learner, self-starter and a motivated individual, we would love to hear from you.
