Responsibilities:

Assisting with

Boat Operations :

Help dock and undock boats, secure boats with lines and anchors, and assist passengers in boarding and disembarking.

Maintenance and Upkeep :

Clean and maintain boats and equipment, perform minor repairs, and keep the dock area clean and organized.

Customer Service :

Greet and assist customers, provide information about services and safety procedures, and handle customer inquiries and concerns.

Safety and Compliance :

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, monitor weather conditions, and respond to emergencies and provide first aid if needed.

Equipment Management :

Prepare and organize watersports equipment, inspect equipment for damage, and ensure it is in good working condition.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older. Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Boating license and livery license (if you don't have these, you can obtain them during training) Prior watersports experience is preferred but not required; we're willing to train the right candidates.
