Lead Warehouse Associate Greenland Supplies Fort Pierce, FL Job Details Full-time $20 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Paid sick time Qualifications Computer operation Customer returns handling Packing E-commerce Attention to detail Warehouse experience Full Job Description Job Overview Greenland Supplies is a fast-paced fulfillment and e-commerce operation selling on Amazon, Walmart, and other online marketplaces. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team and help keep our order fulfillment, returns processing, and online inventory operations running smoothly. Duties Pack and ship orders using foam packing machines, bubble wrap, and other packing materials to ensure products arrive safely Prep pallets of products for shipment to fulfilment centers Print and apply packing slips, shipping labels, and FBA labels accurately and efficiently Receive and process returns, evaluating the condition of returned products to determine resale eligibility Provide light customer service, including occasional in-person inquiries and phone calls Assist UPS drivers with end-of-day truck loading Support online marketplace operations, including occasionally creating product listings and keeping online inventory counts accurate and up to date Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and workspace Perform other warehouse duties as needed Skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with regular communication Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting (up to [50-70] lbs) Basic computer skills; comfortable learning inventory and listing software Strong attention to detail, especially when inspecting returns and applying labels Friendly, professional communication skills for customer-facing interactions Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or e-commerce experience is a plus but not required Ability to work well as part of a small team Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
