Position Overview:

Crab Island Watersports is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our dock operations team. This role is critical to daily operations and requires individuals who can work efficiently, follow safety procedures, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old Previous dock or marina experience required Must be experienced operating boats and confident maneuvering vessels in and around docks Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat for extended periods Ability to lift 30-50 pounds regularly Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Excellent communication skills and leadership potential

Required Certifications:

Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain before the start of employment: Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card (Boater's License), if required by Florida law Florida Livery Permit Operator Certificate (Livery Certificate) CPR Certification Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule Expectations:

Must be available weekends and holidays Seasonal position (approximately 120 days)

Compensation:

Hourly pay plus tips Opportunity for advancement into leadership roles

$120.00 per day
