Pay Rate:

Starts at $16 per hour. This is a 30-day temp-to-hire position. Upon successful conversion, the pay increases to $21 per hour based on your performance and attendance.

Schedule:

Sunday, Thursday, and Friday 12:15 AM to 12:15 PM. (3 days-12 hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for stacking trays, loading trays onto the assembly line, and manually maneuvering rows of trays throughout the facility. Candidates must be adaptable and comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in varying working conditions, with availability to work in both cold freezer storage environments and non-climate-controlled areas.

• Previous experience in a food production or climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work any shift and adjust to changing production schedules.
• Commitment to punctuality, "no-miss" mindset, and performance during the 30-day evaluation period.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work comfortably with yeast and flour products.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Physical stamina: Ability to stand/walk for long periods, and work in refrigerated environments (33-38F).

• Strength:
