Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, material assembly, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Your proactive approach and strong work ethic will contribute to efficient warehouse distribution and customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations and logistics while supporting a fast-paced supply chain. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and properly store incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Conduct inventory counts and audits regularly to maintain accurate stock levels and support inventory management efforts. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, packing materials efficiently, and adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall operational efficiency. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or similar logistics setting is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, load & unload procedures. Ability to operate forklift trucks safely; certification is a plus but not mandatory. Basic math skills for counting stock quantities and calculating measurements accurately. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control. $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
