Job Description
Fast growing dietary supplement manufacturing company looking for a serious, reliable, hard-working Receiving / Warehouse QC Associate to join our team. This position is for someone who can stay organized, work fast, follow procedures, and help keep our warehouse, receiving area, and quality control process running correctly in a regulated dietary supplement manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming materials, ingredients, packaging, and supplies Inspect deliveries for damage, correct item, quantity, lot number, and documentation Organize warehouse materials neatly and accurately Label, stage, and move materials to the correct locations Perform simple product identity testing after training Follow
QC, GMP, FDA 21 CFR
Part 111, and
NSF/ANSI 455-2
procedures Help maintain compliance with dietary supplement manufacturing requirements Keep receiving and warehouse areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready Help with inventory counts and material tracking Communicate clearly with production, quality, and office staff Lift and move boxes or materials up to 25 lbs Report any receiving, documentation, quality, or compliance issues immediately to management or
QC Requirements:
Must speak Spanish Must be serious, dependable, and hard-working Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn Must be organized and detail-oriented Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions Basic knowledge of
FDA 21 CFR
Part 111 dietary supplement GMP requirements preferred Knowledge of
NSF/ANSI 455-2
dietary supplement GMP certification standards is a plus Warehouse, receiving, inventory, or QC experience preferred Dietary supplement, food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or GMP experience preferred Must show up on time and be ready to work Speaking Chinese is a bonus
