Warehouse Assistant / Inventory Associate Livebait.com | Hollywood, FL About Us Livebait.com is one of the fastest-growing fishing tackle e-commerce brands in the United States. We design and sell premium cast nets, fishing accessories, and tackle under our JUJU brand. Our products are shipped nationwide through our warehouse in Hollywood, Florida. We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Assistant to help receive inventory, organize products, assist with order fulfillment, and support our Warehouse Manager as we continue to grow. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a small team where their work directly impacts the success of the business. Responsibilities Assist with receiving and unloading inventory shipments Unbox, count, inspect, and organize incoming products Label and stock products in warehouse shelving locations Maintain accurate inventory organization and cleanliness Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping as needed Help perform inventory counts and cycle counts Build and break down boxes and packaging materials Move inventory throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Perform other warehouse and operational tasks as assigned Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable using ladders and working at various shelf heights Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and organizational skills Must be authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma or GED preferred Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, inventory, retail, or fulfillment experience Experience using pallet jacks or warehouse equipment Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon FBA, or e-commerce operations is a plus Interest in fishing, boating, or outdoor products is a bonus Schedule Part-Time Approximately 16-24 hours per week Additional hours available during large inventory shipments and busy seasons Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Employee discount on products Opportunity for advancement as the company grows Work in an air-conditioned warehouse environment Join a small team where your contributions make a real impact Why Join Livebait.com?
