Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM + and assist with every other Sunday (4-hours) (unless you want to do every Sunday)

•What you'll do Pick & pack online shipping orders daily — same-day turnaround (torsion springs, door hardware, small parts) Ship orders through our in-house software: pull the day's order queue, buy and print carrier labels (UPS / FedEx / USPS), and print packing slips — similar to ShipStation/ShipBob Photo-verify every order in our warehouse app before it ships — verification is a required step on every order, and accuracy is tracked per person Receive and check in incoming inventory and supplier shipments against the packing list; organize and put away stock; flag shortages or damage Process returns correctly — inspect, restock or flag, and log them in the system Handle heavy items safely — springs and track up to 50+ lbs Maintain a clean, organized warehouse Follow all safety procedures Requirements (strict — please read before applying) Previous warehouse experience required; Amazon FBA / e-commerce packing experience strongly preferred Must be familiar with shipping software like ShipStation or similar Must have experience packaging shipments and boxes for UPS/FedEx — or be able to demonstrate you can package properly and professionally. Proper packing is very important, no sloppy work.

Must be tech-savvy:

basic computer skills, following on-screen prompts, and processing orders in a timely manner Comfortable using a smartphone/computer to ship orders and upload verification photos (we train you on our system) Must be able to communicate and reply promptly in messages/our system Must be fluent in English Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and be on your feet all shift Must be on time every day — attendance is critical; the truck comes whether you're here or not Must work at a fast pace without constant supervision Professional communication; background check and drug screening required High school diploma or GED Those that show potential will be promoted to Shipping Manager, as we are also looking for someone to overlook this department, and potential for higher pay. 90 Day probationary period to ensure you are a right fit.
