Job Description
Job-Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations including order picking, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. Our products are small and require high attention to detail and accuracy throughout the process. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship small items with precision and care Receive incoming shipments (with and without pallets) and verify contents Perform manual lifting and general labor for loading/unloading Build pallets and prepare outbound shipments Operate forklifts safely and efficiently Conduct regular inventory checks for accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals Requirements Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience Must be experienced in operating a forklift Strong attention to detail - critical for handling small products Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Bi-lingual in English/ Spanish Benefits Health/Dental/Vision insurance plan partial coverage 401k Retirement plan matching up to 4% Paid Time Off (PTO)
