GED Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is a valuable part of our order fulfillment process—using pick tickets to locate items, pulling accurate quantities, packing them with care, and maintaining consistent productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack our orders daily; accurately pick customer sales orders using handheld scanning devices, meeting daily performance quotas. Label, pack, and ship orders securely and correctly, ensuring all shipments meet company standards for accuracy and presentation. Document and communicate key shipment details, including serial numbers, tracking updates, and changes to shipping addresses, when applicable Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards Comply with all safety policies and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain a clean and safe work area Work cooperatively with the fulfillment team to meet quotas and goals
Team Support:
Collaborate with Receiving, Inventory Control, Fulfillment, Shipping, and Operations teams to achieve daily objectives. Support cross-functional warehouse activities during peak periods or staffing needs. Communicate operational issues, inventory concerns, and process opportunities to supervisors. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent required Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching Able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally Reliable and punctual
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
2+ years' experience working in a warehouse setting, preferred Familiarity with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay:
$16.00 per hour Comprehensive benefits package offered. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
