PTO Life, Disability, Dental and Vision Insurance Holiday pay 401(k) with employer match Employee discounts and more The full-time Yard Associate will act as a material handler and forklift operator to preparing loads for deliveries while maintaining a safe, clean and well-organized lumber yard and warehouse.

Duties include:

Forklift operation (certification required). Building delivery orders and unloading freight including lumber and building supplies. Maintaining lumber yard and warehouse, keeping areas organized. Communicating delays or discrepancies with management.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one.
• Must be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds
• Forklift certification
• Prior experience handling building materials
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Reliable transportation

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
