Material Handler

Job Description As a shipping and receiving coordinator, you will be a key player in our Shipping/Receiving department in a heavy industrial facility. Your primary tasks will include receiving all metal and related parts for assembly, performing cycle counts, and staging product through production. Occasionally, you will operate a sit-down forklift, but the majority of your day will involve being on your feet, lifting and loading up to 50 pounds, and handling materials. Inventory control and computer skills are preferred.

$17-$19/hr (based on experience and shift) + Manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled) + Shipping/receiving of metal parts, tools, and electrical components + Cycle counts, inventory control, and staging materials for production

Qualifications:

+ Manufacturing or warehouse experience is required + Experience operating forklift is a plus + Experience performing cycle counts and inventory control + Ability to use computers and handheld scanners
