Jupiter, FL JYG Pro Fishing and Shore Pro Tackle are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position is responsible for daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, stocking inventory, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse. The ideal candidate is a team player who is comfortable using technology, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and productivity. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Process shipping labels and orders using ShipStation . Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and organize inventory. Stock shelves, replenish picking locations, and maintain proper inventory organization. Assist with unloading shipping containers, pallets, and deliveries. Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy. Use warehouse software, computers, and scanners to process orders and track inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Work with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines and productivity goals. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed. Requirements & Qualifications Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the day. Comfortable using computers, shipping software, scanners, and technology. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Willingness to work occasional weekends when needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience is a plus. Experience using ShipStation is highly preferred. Experience with Finale Inventory is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Experience receiving inventory and unloading shipping containers is a plus.
