Job Summary Printeez LLC is looking for an organized and dependable Warehouse Associate - Receiving & Order Fulfillment to join our growing operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, organizing inventory, picking garments and products for production, preparing orders for shipping, and helping maintain an accurate and efficient warehouse. You'll play an important role in ensuring our production team always has the right products at the right time while helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience. As our company continues to grow, you'll also have opportunities to cross-train in shipping, fulfillment, inventory management, production operations, and leadership. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments Verify packing slips and purchase orders Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations Pick garments and materials for production orders Prepare customer orders for shipping Label, package, and stage outgoing shipments Perform inventory counts and cycle counts Maintain accurate inventory records Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe Ensure daily productivity and accuracy goals are met Follow all company safety procedures Assist with other warehouse and production tasks as needed Qualifications Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience preferred Experience using inventory management systems or barcode scanners is an asset Forklift certification or experience is an asset (training may be provided) Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Ability to stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift Experience in apparel distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, or manufacturing is considered an asset.
