include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Prepares and picks orders for outgoing shipments, may have a primary focus of international or domestic, but will cross train in all areas and when own specific tasks are completed will assist in other areas. Loads and unloads trucks. Replenishes inventory locations when needed. Systematically complete the picking/packing process by closing out the picking routes by pallet ID. Prepares skids for shipments including helping prepare all international/domestic documentation requirements and supporting the international/domestic sales teams. Strives for a zero (0) error rate. Maximizes use of company time and resources. Assists other areas during slow times. Prepares skids for shipments. Uses ERP system and RF Scanner during the pick process - has working knowledge of the ERP system. Performs cycle counting functions when assigned. Helps on production line when needed. Cleans when needed. Shows up to work on time and does not abuse the attendance policy. Works mandatory overtime when assigned. Cross trains in other areas as needed. May be required to be forklift certified. This position is responsible for following all documented GMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures), Work Instructions, and Policies designed to support the development, implementation, and control of theISO 22716
2007 standard.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
