Operations Manager About Us A1HC is a growing home products company selling rugs, bedding, and home essentials across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other channels. We are looking for a hands-on, creative, reliable person who can help us with product customization and personalization while also supporting our warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys painting, monogramming, crafting, stenciling, vinyl cutting, and working with their hands , but is also comfortable with picking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders. What You'll DoCustomization & Production Paint and finish personalized products Perform monogramming and product personalization Apply stencils and designs accurately Cut and apply vinyl designs Operate Cricut, Silhouette Cameo, or similar cutting machines Perform stencil cutting and other detailed cutting work Measure and position designs accurately Follow customization instructions for customer orders Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail Inspect finished products for quality before shipping Keep customization tools and work areas clean and organized Learn new machines, tools, and production processes as the business grows Warehouse Operations Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Prepare packages and print shipping labels Organize inventory and warehouse areas Receive and put away products Assist with returns and quality checks Help maintain an organized and efficient warehouse Work with the team to meet daily shipping and production goals Perform other warehouse tasks as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to learn . Strong candidates may have experience with: Painting Monogramming Personalization Cricut Silhouette Cameo Vinyl cutting Stencil cutting Stenciling Heat press Crafting Sign making Embroidery Product customization Small-batch production Etsy or other custom-product businesses Previous professional experience is helpful but not required. Experience gained through personal projects, hobbies, side businesses, or home-based crafting is also valuable.

You should also be:

Reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently Detail-oriented and careful with customer orders Comfortable learning new equipment and processes Able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods Able to lift up to 40-50 lbs A team player with a positive attitude Comfortable performing both creative/production and warehouse work Pay & Benefits $17
