On-site Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Inbound Associate who understands the importance of accuracy, safety, and efficiency in inbound operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in receiving shipments correctly, verifying incoming freight, and keeping the warehouse organized and running smoothly. If you are experienced in cargo handling, unloading, inspecting freight, operating warehouse equipment, and working in a fast-paced logistics environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Receive and process inbound shipments accurately and on time Unload, sort, stage, and verify incoming freight against bills of lading and purchase orders Inspect inbound freight for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and document accordingly Break down, separate, and properly label cargo according to receiving and safety standards Put away received goods to designated storage locations Unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand dollies, and electric pallet jacks Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with physical counts Process returns and ensure proper restocking procedures Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations Complete required documentation and basic warehouse system entries Support continuous improvement and quality control initiatives Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications 1 to 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred Forklift certification required Experience with inbound freight handling, receiving, and inspection Strong understanding of receiving and material handling procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required Schedule Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts Overtime available as needed Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Employee discount
