WAREHOUSE / PARTS RUNNER / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Anna's Air, Heat & Plumbing | Full-Time | Career Growth Opportunity Anna's Air, Heat & Plumbing is looking for a high-energy, organized go-getter to join our team in a hybrid Warehouse / Parts Runner / Maintenance Technician position. This is not just a warehouse job . We are looking for someone who wants to learn the HVAC and plumbing trades, take on more responsibility, and build a long-term career with our company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Keep the warehouse clean, organized and properly stocked Receive, organize and stage equipment and materials Deliver parts and equipment to technicians and installation crews Pick up parts from local suppliers Help maintain accurate inventory Restock and organize company vehicles Assist with equipment, filters and maintenance materials Perform basic HVAC maintenance as trained Assist technicians and installers when needed Help keep the shop, vehicles and equipment clean and ready Learn HVAC and plumbing parts, equipment and terminology Take ownership of whatever needs to happen to keep our field teams moving

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to safely lift and move HVAC/plumbing equipment and materials Reliable and punctual Professional appearance Clean and organized work habits Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Mechanical aptitude is a plus HVAC/plumbing experience is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter more
