Job Title:
Warehouse Worker Job Description This opportunity is with a global leader in engineering and manufacturing high-quality aftermarket air suspension products, renowned for precision manufacturing and rigorous testing standards. Located at Merritt Island, the headquarters includes a large, advanced warehouse and production operation supporting the manufacturing and distribution network. The facilities boast state-of-the-art machining, production, and inventory workflows, promoting fast-paced outbound and inbound product movement. Responsibilities Use an RF scanner to pick, sort, and track inventory accurately. Operate a manual pallet jack to move pallets, boxes, and product throughout the warehouse. Pick and pack product according to order requirements with high accuracy. Palletize outbound product and stage pallets for shipment. Load and unload boxes and assist with general warehouse tasks. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and scanning processes. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Work in a non-climate-controlled environment where warehouse temperatures vary. Opportunity to train and operate forklifts in the future based on performance. Essential Skills Experience using an RF scanner in a warehouse setting. Ability to operate a manual pallet jack safely. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking/packing orders. Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes as needed. Comfort working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse. Dependable attendance and ability to work four 10-hour shifts. Work Environment Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with varying temperatures. The role involves a fast-paced and dynamic environment where precision and efficiency are key. The facility operates Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with optional overtime on Fridays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merritt Island, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
