Full-Time Overview We are seeking a reliable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments Store materials in designated warehouse locations using proper procedures Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment Perform labeling, sorting, and packaging of products Build boxes and prepare materials for outbound orders Inventory & Accuracy Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits Verify part numbers, quantities, and product details Report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors Material Handling & Equipment Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials Pull and rewrap pallets securely after retrieving products Ensure materials are stored safely and aisles remain clear Safety & Housekeeping Follow all OSHA, company, and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Properly handle materials, including hazardous products when required Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Experience in a warehouse or material handling role Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, and packing Ability to use RF scanners or inventory systems Forklift and pallet jack experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other shipping systems Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, or auditing Hazmat training or experience handling hazardous materials Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment Work Environment Warehouse setting (non-climate-controlled) Requires standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout the day Regular exposure to warehouse equipment, loading docks, and active work areas Safety-sensitive role requiring attention to procedures and detail What We Offer Consistent weekday schedule Stable, entry-level opportunity Hands-on warehouse experience with growth potential Team-oriented work environment focused on safety and reliability Apply Today If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow your warehouse skills, we encourage you to apply. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
