Temp-to-Hire Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Material Handler / Stacker to join a growing team in Milton, FL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stacking materials, moving products throughout the facility, and assisting with general material handling duties to support production and shipping operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Stack, organize, and palletize materials safely and efficiently. Move products and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. Load and unload materials by hand or with equipment when required. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company procedures. Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities as needed. Inspect materials for quality and report any issues to supervisors. Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform other general labor and warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, material handling, stacking, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout a 10-hour shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Must be available for overtime and Friday work when needed.
