JOB ORDER DETAILS & SUMMARY
Job Title:
Warehouse Associate Distribution Job Location:
Pembroke Park, FL 33023
Pay Rate:
$15.00 / hour ($22.50 / hour Overtime)
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Full-Time | Overtime as required) This position performs core order fulfillment, heavy freight handling, palletizing, and inventory cycle counts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
Accurately pull inventory, pick items using scan guns/order sheets, and pack products for outgoing shipment.
Shipment Handling:
Perform heavy manual loading and unloading of inbound/outbound freight trailers and containers.
Stock & Inventory Control:
Wrap, label, and stage pallets; conduct routine systematic cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
Facility Maintenance:
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work and staging areas adhering to workplace ergonomics and safety standards.
Qualifications & Physical Demands Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics settings preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Able to continuously lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Capable of standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred (not strictly required).
Skills:
Basic math, reading, and attention to detail for inventory labels and counts.
