Hourly Pay:
$18-$22 per hour, depending on experience About the Role Elite Home Staging is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse & Studio Assistant to support the daily operations of our Oakland Park warehouse. This is a hands-on, physical warehouse and manual labor position. The majority of the workday involves organizing, lifting, carrying, moving, loading, unloading, pulling, and returning furniture and home staging inventory, as well as helping maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. We are looking for someone who takes pride in a clean, organized workplace, works well as part of a team, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Perform daily warehouse and manual labor duties, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving furniture, décor, artwork, and staging inventory. Load and unload furniture and inventory from company vehicles. Pull and prepare inventory for upcoming staging installations. Return and properly organize furniture and décor following de-stages. Assist with staging installations, de-stages, deliveries, pickups, and furniture movement as needed. Support the morning rollout and help prepare crews and inventory for daily jobs. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse throughout the workday. Sweep and spot-clean warehouse floors and work areas. Sweep and maintain exterior areas surrounding the warehouse and entrances. Manage trash and recycling, including emptying bins and ensuring waste is properly disposed of. Keep loading areas, walkways, workspaces, and inventory areas clean and free of debris. Perform routine warehouse spot cleaning and general upkeep as needed. Assist with basic warehouse maintenance and report repair or maintenance concerns to management. Take initiative in identifying areas that need cleaning, organization, or attention without always needing to be directed. Inspect returned furniture and inventory for damage, loss, or necessary repairs. Assist the Studio Manager with inventory tracking, organization, and inventory management. Help maintain accurate inventory locations and company warehouse standards. Run furniture, décor, and other items to job sites as needed. Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Comfortable performing physical and manual labor throughout the workday. Physically able to regularly lift, carry, push, pull, and move furniture and staging inventory. Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Previous experience in warehouse operations, moving, furniture handling, delivery, inventory, or another hands-on position is preferred. Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and dependable. Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. Willing to take initiative and help wherever needed. Able to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where daily priorities may change. Willing to learn company systems, including Monday.com and inventory management software. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Interest in home staging or design is a plus, but design experience is not required. Important - Please Read Before Applying This is primarily a warehouse and manual labor position, not a design or administrative role. While you will work alongside our Styling team and gain exposure to the home staging industry, your primary responsibility will be supporting the physical operation, organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of our warehouse and staging inventory. Candidates should be comfortable with the physical nature of the position and willing to perform cleaning, furniture handling, loading/unloading, warehouse organization, and general upkeep as part of their regular responsibilities. Compensation & Benefits $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus standard company benefits.
