Knows and applies the health and safety rules and procedures of ID Logistics and in force locally, in their area of responsibility. Analyzes equipment checklists and ensures that corrective actions are taken according to defined procedures. Anticipates operational problems to propose continuous improvement actions within their scope of responsibility. Audit and Quality Management Carries out the organization of the workplace in accordance with procedures objectives of the sector. Verifies that the procedures and objectives are up to date, responds to audits when necessary, according to certifications established for the unit. Reporting and Continuous Improvement Provides and monitors key performance indicators, ensures continuity of information between their team, hierarchy, and internal partners. Analyzes and communicates deviations between planned and actual values as well as initiation of appropriate corrective measures in coordination with the operational management in the warehouse. Third shift Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education. A-level to 2 years of study in higher education or equivalent through experience. Training in transport, logistics and management. At least 1 year of professional experience in a team leadership function.
