We are seeking reliable and dedicated Production Workers to join our team at a food manufacturing facility in Ocala, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various production processes while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform tasks on the production line in a fast-paced environment. Lift and carry up to 50lbs repetitively for the duration of a 12-hour shift. Ensure all products meet quality standards. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times. Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and ensure safety protocols are followed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist in other duties as needed to support production goals.

1st

Shift:

5:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mon-Thurs 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM - 1:00

AM Mon-Thurs Salary:

$14.50 - $15.50 per hour

Requirements:

1 year of warehouse experience (food manufacturing or similar environment preferred). Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to work 12-hour shifts. Reliable transportation to and from the facility.

Physical Requirements:
