Lingo Staffing is now hiring Shipping/Receiving Associate in the Ocoee, FL area to start ASAP! Shipping/Receiving Associate - Detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with experience in shipping and receiving as well as cycle counting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Duties:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders. Must have 3 years of experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving experience. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Perform regular cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Maintain inventory records and ensure stock is stored correctly. Communicate with carriers and logistics providers as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Keep work area clean and organized. Proven experience with shipping, receiving, and cycle counting. Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to become certified). Familiarity with inventory software and basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must. Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation. Flexible schedule.
