Position Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and operating forklifts. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse, utilizing our ERP system to track inventory and shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving:

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship). Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store). Inspect incoming shipments to ensure they meet quality standards and report any discrepancies.

Inventory Management:

Utilize the company's ERP system to maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management. Assist with stock organization and optimization in the warehouse.

Forklift Operation:

Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse. Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

General Warehouse Duties:

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a warehouse worker or similar role. Forklift certification is required. Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems. Ability to operate various types of forklifts and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills.
