Our Miami warehouse is a critical hub in delivering a fast, reliable, and high-quality shipping experience to our members. Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Miami team. This role focuses on handling and processing incoming packages, ensuring accuracy, speed, and proper system updates. Most packages are small, but occasional lifting of heavier boxes is required. Key Responsibilities Receive, sort, and process incoming packages Scan and update package information accurately in our system Label, organize, and store packages correctly Prepare packages for shipment (including consolidation when required) Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace Follow company procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency Support team members to meet daily processing targets Requirements Ability to read and write in English (required) Basic computer skills (data entry, scanning systems, general navigation) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Physically capable of standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting heavier boxes (up to ~50 lbs) Preferred (Not Required) Previous warehouse or logistics experience Experience with scanning systems or inventory tools What We Offer Stable, full-time position Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling logistics company Team-oriented work environment Opportunity to be part of an international operation
