Job Description

Diamond Vogel is seeking Material Handlers to support warehouse and production operations at our facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. This hands-on role is responsible for safely moving, tracking, and organizing raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse while supporting inventory accuracy and production flow. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate material tracking, and upholding safety standards across the facility. This position can either work 1st shift, Monday-Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or 2nd shift Monday-Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Both positions have overtime opportunities on Fridays based on business needs. What you'll do Operate industrial forklifts to transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse Accurately record material movements and purchase order receipts using RF scanning and warehouse systems (QAD) Load and unload materials to and from designated storage and production areas Print and apply labels for inventory tracking and organization Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and year-end inventory activities Perform routine equipment tasks such as recharging batteries, changing propane tanks, and maintaining battery cells Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or unsafe conditions to leadership Support overall warehouse and production operations as needed What we're looking for High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous material handling experience required, including both stand-up and sit-down forklift operation Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain certification on the job) Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
