warehouse worker/welder

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker with welding experience to join our team. This dual-role position involves general warehouse duties, including receiving, organizing, and shipping materials, along with welding and fabricating metal components as needed. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and is experienced in welding.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Duties:

Load and unload materials from trucks and deliveries Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, and receipts

Welding & Fabrication:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or measurements for fabrication Perform MIG, TIG, or stick welding on various materials (steel, aluminum, etc.) Cut, grind, and shape metal parts using power tools and equipment Repair or fabricate parts, brackets, or frames as required Inspect finished welds for strength and quality Follow safety protocols and proper welding procedures at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ years of warehouse experience 1+ years of welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Forklift certification a plus Welding certification preferred but not required Strong work ethic and attention to safety and detail

Work Environment:

This position involves working in a warehouse and fabrication environment. Candidate must be comfortable working around machinery, tools, and in varying temperature conditions.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
