Job Description:
Pay rate: $18.00 an hour. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Move, organize, and store materials within the warehouse Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping and cleaning work areas Mow grass and maintain the facility grounds and yard Assist with basic facility maintenance as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies Support other warehouse and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift experience is a plus Physical demands: The physical demands of a warehouse worker include lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching frequently. The worker must be able to perform tasks that involve climbing ladders or stairs, as well as operating forklifts or pallet jacks. Strong manual dexterity is required for handling equipment and performing detailed tasks. Workers must be able to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
