Warehouse Inbound & Outbound Leader Responsibilities:

Oversees and directs employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped. Ensure that the warehouse facility and equipment are clean, organized, secure and maintained. Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow. Performs similar and related duties as assigned by warehouse manager.

Requirements:

At least 3 years warehouse management experience. Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, including order building, order staging, truck loading, product replenishment, product rotation, and receiving. Understanding of safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Familiarity with facility equipment and vehicles, and their maintenance procedures.
