Job Description
Job title: Logistics Associate Job purpose: The Logistics Associate is responsible for securely and efficiently shipping orders to customers as quickly as possible. This position also maintains cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse and inventory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize company systems and order management software
- Efficiently pack and ship purchased inventory items
- Receive and distribute incoming parcels to correct departments/employees
- General warehouse clean-up, stocking and maintenance
- Assist with inventory management: annual counting; merchandising; stocking
- Quickly pull sold inventory for walk-in and local pick-up customers
- Adhere to company safety standards and guidelines
- Participate in regular training exercises
- Check/reply to emails a minimum of 2x/day
- Pull shipping quotes for sales team as needed
- Process RMA's and returns in a timely manner
- Work a minimum of 40-hour work week with on-time punches
- Other duties as assigned
