Marina Dockhand

Black Label Marine Group is looking for a reliable, professional Dock Hand to join our team. We are a high-end marine dealership and marina focused on delivering a first-class experience to our customers, and we need someone who takes pride in their work and represents our brand well on the docks. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys working on the water, being around premium boats, and providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with docking, launching, and loading/unloading vessels Safely fuel boats and follow all marina safety procedures Ensure all vessels are secured properly and docks remain organized Maintain cleanliness of docks, slips, and surrounding marina areas Assist with basic boat prep, washdowns, and light detailing Support service and sales teams as needed to ensure smooth operations Provide a professional, courteous experience to all customers and guests

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in heat, sun, and varying weather conditions Comfortable working around high-value boats and equipment Team player with solid communication skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day Must be available weekends and holidays

Preferred Experience:

Previous marina or boating experience Basic knowledge of docking procedures and boat handling Experience in customer-facing roles

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
