In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components with precision, interpreting technical drawings and schematics, and managing warehouse operations efficiently. Your expertise in mechanical assembly, measuring instruments, and safety protocols will ensure high-quality production and smooth warehouse flow. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools according to detailed blueprints and schematics. Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing instructions, and production documents to ensure accurate assembly processes. Measure parts with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, shop math calculations, and other measuring devices to maintain quality standards. Conduct machining tasks, soldering, and other mechanical procedures as required for product assembly. Handle manual materials transfer safely using proper lifting techniques and personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized workspace by managing inventory of parts and tools within the warehouse environment. Follow safety protocols diligently while operating machinery, power tools, pneumatic tools, and handling hazardous materials or components. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments with knowledge of assembly processes. Strong mechanical knowledge including interpreting blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and production documents. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, soldering equipment, and specialized industrial tools effectively. Familiarity with shop math concepts necessary for accurate measurements and calculations during assembly. Experience in interpreting technical drawings for mechanical assembly or machining tasks. Prior warehouse experience including inventory management and manual handling procedures. Knowledge of safety standards related to PPE use, machine operation, and handling of industrial materials.
