Job Description
Vitil Solutions is a small technology logistics company that has proudly served the community since 1977. We are looking for a dependable, professional team member to support local equipment deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations. We value professionalism, reliability, teamwork, and caring for our customers. This role combines local logistics support, customer service, and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on logistics and warehouse support role; this is NOT a long-haul driving position. Responsibilities Safely operate a company Ford Transit van and 26' box truck (non-CDL) Complete local deliveries and pickups throughout Sarasota County Provide professional, customer-focused service on-site Manage delivery updates and basic computer-based ticketing Support warehouse operations, including organizing, sorting, cleaning, and equipment preparation Work closely with the warehouse and service teams to help daily operations run smoothly Qualifications Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Professional presentation and strong customer service skills Comfortable driving larger vehicles safely and confidently Able to manage time efficiently and work independently Comfortable using computers and handheld devices Team-oriented with a willingness to support warehouse operations daily Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record Previous delivery, logistics, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Monday-Friday schedule (7 am-4 pm) - during a 3-month period & on large projects, overtime will be required Local routes only — home daily Paid holidays and additional PTO Health, dental, vision, 401(k), profit sharing, and more Forklift certification training provided Small, supportive team environment Closing If you are dependable, professional, and enjoy being part of a team that values accuracy, safety, and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
