Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse distribution tasks, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, stocking, and inventory management. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth warehouse operations, timely order processing, and accurate stock control. Whether operating equipment like forklifts and reach trucks or utilizing warehouse management systems, your contributions will keep our supply chain moving seamlessly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a thriving logistics environment while supporting e-commerce and retail distribution channels. Responsibilities Conduct stock replenishment by stocking shelves and organizing inventory in designated areas to optimize space and accessibility. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely according to company standards and shipping requirements. Manage shipping & receiving tasks by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation; ensure proper labeling and documentation. Perform order picking using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting routine inspections of equipment like load & unload stations. Experience Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new team members. Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, including order fulfillment, stocking, and shipping & receiving operations. Knowledge of warehouse management systems is advantageous. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order calculations are essential.
