sarasota, florida Posted 1 day ago Closes 7/15/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Temp to Perm 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Industry warehousing & distribution (Transportation and Material Moving Occupations) Reference number S_176664 We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to assist with order pulling, equipment operation, and facility maintenance. This role is vital to our daily operations, ensuring that food products are processed and staged correctly for distribution. Most work is performed in a dry environment, but daily tasks will require working in a cooler.
Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
Efficiently pull orders and prepare items for distribution.
Equipment Operation:
Operate an electric pallet jack and cardboard baler safely.
Maintenance:
Help with daily warehouse cleaning duties to protect equipment and maintain a professional work environment.
Environment:
Work in dry storage and refrigerated cooler areas daily as needed.
Working hours:
7:00 AM - 4:30
PM Skills:
Adaptability:
Ability to move quickly between "dry" and "cooler" sections as priorities shift throughout the day.
Team Collaboration:
A "helper" mentality-willing to jump in on cleaning or baling cardboard even if it's not their primary task.
Punctuality:
Since the shift starts early (7:00 AM), a proven track record of consistent attendance is a huge plus. ...

1-4 years

Required:
Previous warehouse experience.

Proficiency with an electric pallet jack.
