Warehouse & Equipment Associate Position Summary The Warehouse & Equipment Associate is responsible for maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse while ensuring company equipment, tools, and inventory are properly received, stored, inspected, maintained, and distributed. This role supports daily operations by preparing equipment for use, tracking inventory, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments. Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle counts. Inspect, clean, test, and perform basic maintenance on equipment before and after use. Report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment to management. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization according to company standards. Ensure equipment is properly labeled, stored, and secured. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Assist with deliveries, equipment setup, or field support as needed. Complete required paperwork and update inventory management systems accurately. Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, drivers, technicians, and office personnel. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, inventory, or equipment handling experience preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to inspect equipment. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach for extended periods. Work in indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions. Safely operate warehouse equipment and company vehicles when authorized. Preferred Skills Inventory management experience. Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures. Strong communication and time management skills.
