Coastal Van Lines , are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers/Drivers to join our team. As a Mover/Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our clients' belongings. Responsibilities:

Safely load, unload, and transport furniture, boxes, and other items from origin to destination Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed Securely pack items in the moving truck to prevent damage during transportation Operate company vehicles, including trucks and vans, in a safe and responsible manner. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and coordinated moves Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' concerns and handling their possessions with care Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices throughout the moving process Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the truck and at job sites

Requirements:

Physically capable of lifting heavy items and working in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork and communication skills DOT Preferred Customer-focused attitude and a friendly demeanor Previous moving experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates Cross Industry experience Valid driver's license in Driver Position Clean MVR Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Lives no more than 30 minutes away

Pay Range & Benefits:

Drivers:

$18.00•25.00/hr +

Tips Movers:

$15.00•20.00/hr + Tips 3% simple IRA matching after 90 days Monthly incentives based on performance and reviews on job satisfaction and performance, paid holidays/vacation

Pay:

$15.00•$20.00 per hour
