2nd & 3rd Shift GL Staffing is hiring dependable General Warehouse / Production Workers for a manufacturing and warehouse facility in Winter Haven. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with an established company looking for reliable employees who want long-term work. The position involves handling empty plastic gallon jugs , so the materials are lightweight and there is minimal heavy lifting . The work itself is straightforward but repetitive, making reliability, attention to detail, and consistency especially important. Available Shifts & Pay 1st

7:00 AM-3:00 PM | $15.00/hr 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM-11:00 PM | $16.00/hr - IMMEDIATE NEED 3rd

11:00 PM-7:00 AM | $17.00/hr - IMMEDIATE NEED Employees can typically expect approximately 40-45 hours per week , depending on production needs. Job Responsibilities Bag and de-bag empty plastic gallon jugs Handle and organize lightweight materials throughout the production area Perform basic visual quality inspections of finished products Identify and remove gallon jugs with visible defects Keep products and materials moving through the production process Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow production, quality, and safety procedures Assist with other general warehouse/production duties as needed What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred Basic English communication skills required Strong attention to detail for identifying product defects Comfortable performing repetitive work throughout the shift Able to stand and remain active for extended periods Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Must follow the facility's no-cell-phone policy while working Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Paid Breaks Employees receive paid breaks throughout the shift , including: Two 20-minute breaks + one additional 10-minute break
