Full-Time Overview We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who values safety, teamwork, and accuracy. This role also requires a strong customer-focused mindset, as you may interact with internal teams and support timely, accurate order delivery. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using forklifts and material handling equipment Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment Receive inventory and stock materials in assigned warehouse locations Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including logging incoming freight (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting and system updates Equipment & Material Handling Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Inspect equipment prior to use and report any safety concerns or issues Move materials between warehouse locations and ensure proper storage Inventory & Accuracy Verify part numbers, quantities, and product details during receiving and picking Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts Ensure products are stored safely and efficiently (stable pallets, proper racking, clear aisles) Safety & Compliance Follow all safety guidelines and proper material handling procedures Maintain a clean, organized work environment (housekeeping) Report unsafe conditions or incidents to leadership immediately Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in warehouse operations and forklift operation Ability to safely operate material handling equipment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset Ability to work overtime or weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems Familiarity with inventory control and cycle counting Previous experience in shipping and receiving Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting This position is designated as safety-sensitive Requires standing, lifting, and working with equipment throughout the shift What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($21/hour) Opportunity for overtime Stable, team-oriented work environment Entry-level opportunity with growth potential Apply Today If you are a reliable warehouse professional with forklift experience and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
