Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We're a beauty company with a warehouse located in Alpharetta, GA. We are looking for a professional candidate who has previous warehouse experience that includes electronic pallet jack operation, packing/shrink wrapping pallets, breaking down pallets, inventory management and lifting boxes that vary in weight from 1lb to 40lb. Must be a self-starter and honest with a great work ethic. Hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move products efficiently within the warehouse Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed, ensuring timely delivery for e-commerce and distribution channels Organize inventory, and perform regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels Support packaging activities by preparing products for shipment according to specifications and quality standards Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout, improve workflow, and ensure compliance with safety regulations Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely Familiarity with order picking & packing processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and stock management techniques Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to safety compliance
