We provide quality tools, equipment, supplies & products to form, place, & finish any concrete pour. CSI also offers mechanical repair and service for your equipment. We work trowel machines, generators, vibrators, power screeds, cut off saws and much more! Position Summary A Warehouse Worker, or Warehouse Associate, is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Their duties include loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing parcels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Collect merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials to the shipping bay.
Receive and documenting merchandise for delivery or return.
Keep an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
Identify any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
Ensure that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
Manage all merchandise with appropriate care.
Assist with training of newly employed workers.
Scan labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination. Job Requirements At least 18 years old (required)
Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (training provided)
Pass physical and drug screen test (required)
1 year experience (preferred)
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires sitting, standing, walking, bending and a normal range of hearing and vision. May require lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires working outdoors with light to moderate physical exertion.
TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS
Must be able to communicate, orally and written, in a professional manner. Requires public contact and excellent interpersonal skills. Emotional stability and personal maturity are important attributes in this position.
