Job Description Nourish + Bloom Market operates AI-powered, autonomous markets that provide 24/7 access to fresh food in workplaces, hospitals, and community locations. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented team members to support delivery and stocking operations across our locations. Position Overview The Market Delivery & Stocking Associate is responsible for delivering products, stocking smart fridges and market locations, maintaining clean and organized displays, and ensuring accurate inventory placement. This role requires the use of a personal vehicle to transport products between locations. Key Responsibilities Deliver food and beverage products to Nourish + Bloom Market locations Stock smart fridges and market shelves according to planograms Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper expiration management Ensure products are properly labeled, faced, and organized Perform basic inventory checks and report low-stock items Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at each location Document deliveries and stocking activities using mobile tools Communicate issues, damages, or product shortages promptly Requirements Must have reliable personal vehicle suitable for transporting food products Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and follow set schedules Comfortable using mobile apps and basic technology Punctual, dependable, and professional in customer-facing environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in delivery, stocking, merchandising, or food service Familiarity with FIFO (first in, first out) inventory practices Experience working in healthcare, office, or retail environments Compensation Competitive hourly or per-route pay (based on experience) Mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Flexible scheduling Why Join Nourish + Bloom Market Be part of a fast-growing, innovative food-tech company Flexible, independent work environment Opportunity for growth as we expand into new locations Make an impact by supporting access to fresh food in communities
